Recognized as one of Foreign Policy magazine’s 100 global thinkers in 2016 and named African Person of the Year by The Daily Maverick Newspaper, Mawarire has addressed prestigious institutions worldwide. He currently serves as the director for education at Renew Democracy Initiative, aiming to strengthen democracy globally.
